Who We Are

Omega Architects are a multi-disciplinary architectural practice specialising in urban design and residential development. We place great importance on excellence in design coupled with strength of individual identity and an appropriateness of place in both form and appearance.

The company was formed in 1991 and now, with over 30 years experience, has firmly established a reputation for delivering innovative, fully realised design concepts ranging in scale from extensive masterplanning work to small-scale infill development.

We have recently moved into a converted listed barn which has provided an inspiring place to work and collaborate.

We have a consistent track record of achieving first rate results for our clients, and have won numerous housing and local authority planning design awards.
 

Recent years have seen the completion of a number of high profile
sustainable projects ranging from medium sized infill schemes to large scale Masterplanning of communities for many of hundreds of new homes and community facilities.

Omega work for a number of major developers and are the Masterplanners for Bolnore Village, Hartland Village and the urban regeneration site at Roehampton Hospital.

We have extensive experience of residential conversion work and during
the last few years gained planning permission for conversions of listed and locally listed buildings.

Omega believes that team work is one of the keys to good design. This is achieved by working closely with our clients, landowners and the rest of the design team. We are used to organising exhibitions and workshops and being involved in all types of public participation.
